Bibhuti Bhusan Panda is a Senior Engineer at Nektar.ai, with a passion for startup culture and technology. He is a proud Navodayan and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala. Bibhuti is a founding engineer at Nektar.ai, where he works on products that have a visible impact and keeps things simple to get things done. He has also worked as a founding engineer at Wingman, where he was part of the journey until the company was acquired by Clari. Additionally, he was an early employee of Vedantu, joining them when they were Series A and being part of the journey until they were Series E. Bibhuti is a straight shooter with the ability to remain calm in tough situations. He believes in taking help as the last option and is focused on achieving his dream of being the first engineer of a startup or co-founding one. He is a good engineer with a great outlook and attitude toward problem-solving, and he is comfortable with any programming language or tech stack provided he is solving a backend engineering problem. Bibhuti's experience includes rewriting CRM and Dialler integration at Wingman, implementing Zoom Phone and Zapier integration from scratch, making the download flow of dialler calls robust, and adding support for tooling dialler call statuses for better customer support. He is responsible for the ownership of all third-party CRM and Dialler integrations, along with customer experience on the same by actively providing them customer support. Bibhuti's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala, where he graduated in 2018. He also completed his Intermediate from Nalanda Academy Sr Sec School, Kota, Rajasthan, and his High School from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Bibhuti's tech stack includes AI, Java, Backend, AWS, Software Engineer, Microservices, Salesforce, Integration, test, SQL, Elastic Search, Selenium, Javascript, Research Scientist, MySQL, MongoDB, ui, Web, and infra.
